Solutions built
for your operation.
Your operation has its own rhythm, territory and commitments. CAPBOX starts from that reality to build the logistics solution: we understand what needs to leave the origin, how it should be prepared and what is needed to reach the destination. Each stage then has a clear role in the outcome your business is working towards.
You can choose a specific solution or connect warehousing, order preparation, transport, delivery and returns in a single project. With practical experience and coordination close to execution, we organise the setup to keep the flow moving and adapt to changes in your demand.
Warehousing & cross-docking
We organise the path goods take from arrival at the facility to their next departure. We assess volumes, receiving frequency, dwell time and product destinations to define how each flow is received, stored, sorted and moved.
When an operation needs goods to pass quickly through a facility, cross-docking connects receipt and redistribution with less need for storage. When products need to stay, we organise handling and preparation for dispatch. Both solutions can integrate with transport and distribution according to the project design.
- Receiving and inbound management
- Operational warehousing
- Flow sorting and organisation
- Cross-docking and redistribution
- Integration with transport and distribution
When goods do not need to stop, the flow continues. When they do, the setup keeps them under control. The design changes to fit the operation, rather than the other way around.
Fulfillment
We handle order preparation, connecting stock organisation to dispatch. The work starts with understanding the products, order volumes and each operation's picking and packing requirements.
Based on this design, we coordinate picking, packing and dispatch preparation so each order is ready for the next stage. Integration with transport and delivery is defined within the project, keeping a clear sequence from order receipt to picking and dispatch.
- Stock management and organisation
- Picking and order selection
- Packing and dispatch preparation
- Dispatch organisation
- Integration with transport and delivery
Transport & distribution
We connect warehouses, hubs, businesses and destinations through transport organised around the type of goods, volumes, frequency and service area. The project may involve transfers between facilities, regional distribution or dedicated flows.
We define how movements fit receiving schedules, load preparation and conditions at each destination. Coordination also considers the stages before and after transport, so storage, handling and distribution work as parts of the same operation.
- Transfers between warehouses and hubs
- Regional distribution
- Movement between businesses and operational facilities
- Coordinating recurring or dedicated flows
- Integration with warehousing, fulfillment and last mile
Last mile
We organise the stage that takes goods to the end customer. Delivery depends on route planning, territorial knowledge, a prepared local network and monitoring execution throughout the day.
CAPBOX's experience at this stage guides how the operation is built and how issues and deviations are handled. We assess the area, delivery profile and expected volumes to coordinate the resources needed and adjust the setup as demand or operating conditions change.
- Route planning and organisation
- Building and coordinating a local network
- Operational support during execution
- Monitoring issues and deviations
- Adapting the setup as the operation grows or changes
Reverse logistics
We give returning goods an organised route. We structure collection or receipt of returns, sorting and product assessment according to the criteria defined for each operation.
After this assessment, we coordinate return to stock where applicable and reporting of the reason for return. The aim is to connect returns to the existing logistics flow, making clear what arrived, its condition and the next processing stage.
- Collection and receipt of returns
- Sorting and goods assessment
- Return to stock
- Reporting the reason for return
Consulting & operational design
We turn a logistics need into an operational design. We analyse goods flows, territory, volumes, constraints and the expected service level to understand which resources and stages the project requires.
Based on this understanding, we structure the combination of processes, people, transport and network needed for execution. Consulting can support a new operation or the reorganisation of an existing flow, defining how stages connect and how the setup should reflect the reality of the business.
Your operation needs
a tailored solution?
A need can span several stages. We combine facilities, warehousing, transport and local networks in a project designed around what you need to solve, with CAPBOX coordinating the whole operation.
